The program service is for businesses (HOA/Apartments, retail stores, productions shops, high rise buildings, etc…) who are inefficient with lighting. The service includes a detailed survey of the location, and a report letting the end user know what needs to be addressed to become efficient. The program can only offer lighting measures that have been approved by Glendale Water and Power.
